He leads efforts to design collaborative, student-driven learning solutions that promote social cohesion and well-being, while driving initiatives to make education accessible, equitable, and fun

Joel is the Finance Director at Selemela. He has extensive experience in managing community-based projects and data analysis. Grounded in Accounting and Business Management, he works to prepare youth with the skills needed to navigate the 4th Industrial Revolution.
